Great customer service! I hadn’t booked a courtesy car but when I arrived on the day, a spare one was given to me anyway. Impeccable workmanship! I was just amazed at how pristine my car looked after the work was done (no new parts used) impossible to tell that it was damaged - highly recommend these guys. Very skilled.

Absolutely brilliant

Great service, professional and prompt. I only need a couple of parts painting and decided to go for RSC as my work had some great work carried out by them shortly before. Despite the small, hardly profitable items RSC still collected and delivered my items to and from my place of work not too far from them and turn around was quicker than anticipated. Jess & Steve are a pleasure to chat to and don't try to overcomplicate or gaslight you like some companies do! Totally recommend these guys.

Our van was sent here after being refused at other repairers due to the extensive damage. Steve filled us with confidence immediately and the office staff were so friendly. The van is now outstanding, as new! Steve and his team go the extra mile, even replacing decals etc. Can't recommend this company enough!

Needed a small repair , not a job that would make anyone rich and a job that others did not even entertain . Booked online and from that moment from Jessica's initial response to the knowledgeable gentleman who did the repair to Wendy who invoiced me it was an absolute pleasure. RSC's obvious investment in premises and state of the art equipment to handle the most complex and expensive repairs does not seem to deter them from treating their customers however small the job is with courtesy,professionalism and care . Customer first attitude is a rare things these days , it's well and truly alive , here , at RSC
